The 2 lovebirds have announced the first commecial 1 Petaflop Supercomputer to be installed at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2008. It’s design will be dual-core 4 socket ( 8-way ) SMP nodes using Cray’s SeaStar interconnection technology. Shouldn’t be too expensive once AMD introduce their ( apparent ) massive price cuts in July.
